A shocking experience ! I had to change the side mirror of my Audi A6, they charged me the full amount of the complete mirror (more than 600 Euro, including new plastics and paint of the new plastic), but they did not install the new plastic parts. They just cleaned to shiny new the old ones. When I came back the day after to complain, they admitted the 'error' and correct, installing the new parts. Stay away.

Awful experience. Took three days of diagnostics to decide not to replace the pump, and the final bill was 667 euro. Eventually another maintenance was needed and the new reparation costed 300 euro. Never again.
