It's all about money. People don't matter! I canceled my daughter's lesson 16 minutes too late, because we just founded out that she phad Corona. The owner refused to allow us to recover that lesson, because we canceled within 23h and 44 minutes, therefore, too late! The reason did not mater. They just wanted the money. I called and I mentioned that this is not how you treat your clients. We are all going through difficult times and we should support eachother. I will never go there again. I do NOT recommend that manage.
