More than 2 times I took bread that I order over the telephone and was not fresh What I’ve got it was dry bread from the freezer and not fresh as they said it was I did complained and they did it again Then it was a lot of times that my order was not there and keep on giving me constantly half of what order And with last time my husband went to pick up the order and take again half instead of whole bread after three days doing same mistake with orders Instead of giving apologies to him he got big mouth from younger girl in the store Other woman apologizes at the end After he answered back to them that he was not happy But it gave me very bad impression the whole situation I will never use this Odin at Ceintuurbaan again Was last time for me Very disappointed

Everything your heart desires when you are lookibg for biological. From food to drinks and from massage oils till home made bread. Bit on the expensive side, but then again, all bio food is pricey. Make sure you try the bio cranberry juice :)

Ik kom er eens in de week, meestal voor wat kleins. Vandaag stond ik minstens 10 min in de regen te wachten omdat er al plusminus 4 mensen binnen waren. Ik steun alle corona maatregelen!, maar wat ik niet begrijp is dat het personeel niet mensen maant om wat sneller de boodschappen te doen want er stonden zeker 4-5 mensen buiten te wachten. En, binnen liepen werkelijk een paar oudere vrouwen een wortel oppakken, dan weer teruglopen en er nog een bij pakken, nee toch maar een avocado erbij... Het personeel kan hier wat aan doen en voor zorgen dat de doorstroom beter is. Je kunt het zelfs melden bij de binnenkomst. Niemand zal dat raar vinden in deze bijzondere situatie waar we even nog met zijn allen doorheen moeten.

Een supermarkt is het natuurlijk niet, wel de betere kruidenierswinkel. Jammer dat het assortiment is aangepast doordat er geen vlees meer in de schappen ligt, dat was juist een van de meerwaarde's. Jammer ook daardoordat Odin voor mij denkt te moeten gaan bepalen hoe groot of klein mijn biologische voetafdruk mag zijn, dat kan ik zelf wel. Terwijl ze juist zo'n uniek concept hebben; wordt je lid van Odin, dan krijg een klantenkaart en voor 16,- per maand (wat blijft staan als je ff een maand niet kan komen) kan je alle artikelen tegen ledenprijs kopen, en dat levert een forse besparing op. Contuniuteit van de aanvoer van de producten kan beter, heb regelmatig dat ik mis grijp omdat het betreffende artikel op is, en 24 uur later nog steeds niet aangevuld is.Personeel is attent en sympathiek, en behulpzaam, is echter niet altijd even kundig in deze branche onderlegt.
