If I lived here, I would definitely keep coming here! But even for the once-off visit it was perfect, because Bianca was very quick to pick up on my skintype and style. She uses really natural and beautifully simple products, very important to me as well. Bonus points for getting my eyebrows in their best shape in ages. Love this place! Only downsize: for some people the steep flight of stairs might be a problem, but there might be a solution, I didn't ask about that.
