A very interesting historical place. Unfortunately the site is closed. The bridge leading to the island (over the moat) is locked. It's a shame to have such a neat historic site that can't be fully appreciated because you can't enter the grounds. There is a convenient parking lot just across the grass from the site where you can park.

Leuk om een keertje te bekijken. Met veel fantasie kun je de burcht zien.
Nooit geweten dat Oostvoorne een ruïne had. Het is niet echt bijzonder. Maar als je in Oostvoorne bent toch wel waard om te bezoeken. Het is wel een mooi hoog punt net buiten het oude centrum. En aansluitend aan het heerlijke Mildenburg.
Sehr interessanter historischer Ort. Leider sind die Schilder nur auf niederländisch, so dass ich viel übersetzen musste, auch wenn mein niederländisch nicht sehr gut ist. Der Schlüssel war leider nicht zu bekommen, wir mussten von außen schauen und lesen. Das der Schlüssel nicht leicht zu haben ist ist sehr schade.
