I followed Qi-Gong and Tai Chi lessons with Evelien almost a year. I had Tai Chi years ago for a summer so I was a bit familiar. But I found it easier this time as Evelien is a great instructor, very calm and easy to follow(and mind you, I dont understand all the Dutch). The benefits of the exercises are undeniable. And she brings her calmness into the lessons and it passes on to you. I felt after each lesson relaxed, happy and still energetic enough to shop and ride my bike for 20 min. You could really feel every different muscle being worked out without being tortured like in the gym. Especially if you are a busy mom and have different health issues, I would definitely recommend her lessons/exercises for the sake of your mind and your body. Even my husband said I shine after every lesson :)

Ik ga al jaren met veel plezier naar Evelien. Een hele lieve vrouw die goed luistert naar je probleem. Haar massage is heerlijk en ook de accupunctuur helpt mij iedere keer weer. Echt een aanrader!
Fijne behandelingen! Evelien luistert goed en neemt je klachten serieus. Door de specialisatie van Tuina en Acupunctuur is er een breed scala van technieken die ingezet kunnen worden. Ik ga er graag naar toe, het helpt me altijd erg goed!
