Really happy with my new roller skates. It’s the only shop in NL where I could find those. I placed an order a week ago, there was a small delay but customer service did let me know about it and answered all my questions via email. Luckily I didn’t read all those negative comments before I ordered

I ordered a sled for my kid, and they have never sent it. Therefore, I canceled the order one month ago, but they didn’t give me money back until now. I sent more than 10 e-mails to ask the progress stauts but they have never ever replied back to not only my e-mails but also answered the call. This is the worst customer service I’ve had experiences during entire my life. So poor!

This business is highly unethical. Basically a scam. They are selling things they do not have. Like many customers we bought a sled, and were told delivery would be in three days. Two weeks later, nothing has come. Snow is already melting. Our child is very sad and upset. Speaking to the carrier cleared things up very quickly. The business marks things as shipped, when in fact no pick up has even been ordered. This is because they lie. The owner is one Ramon van Berkom, who seems to have set his goal at taking people's money even if that means disappointing children. They could simply state "out of stock" and we would have gone elsewhere to buy the sled. But they would rather steal and disppoint

What a horrible company. You will pay your order however you won't receive your ordered items. Your order won't be sent on the next workday nor the next week because they don't even have the items in stock that you've ordered. But they won't tell you. You will send e-mails but won't get answers. You'll try to call them, but they'll hang up on you. They won't send you your money back. Do not order with them, you'll have so much trouble, it's not worth it. It's just a scam.

Shipping was not correctly reported. I would have bought the item elsewhere if I had know it would take so long to get it.

These are Amazing! The shoe quality is extremely good. I was afraid before ordering but I am happy that my decision was good. P.S: I noticed that shoe size is a bit heavy. I just hope its just my Illusion :D
