My first taste for Dutch \Paling\ smoky eel. You can smell the smoky in the air at the resturant. Paling it's so tasted with great fish oil and texture so soft even 2 years old baby boy love it. It's open 30 years as family business, young successor is polite with good skill to deal with Paling.

Smoked eel is 18 per 500g, very tasty, in a traditional setting - tourist or local: a place to go to at least once. Staff is also really friendly and helpful! You can get your smoked eel vacuum packed at no extra costm.
