Fun place with typical Dutch pancakes and a tour of the Amsterdam Central Ij River side. You can choose Apple, cheese, natural or bacon pancakes and there are extra toppings like peanut butter, chocolate, syrup, sugar and more. The pancakes are ready right when you depart and made fresh during the trip. They're heavy but nicely cooked. This is lots of fun for kids, especially because of the ball pit with slide they can play in after dinner. This also gives parents some relaxing time where they can actually have a conversation. Sometimes you can buy discount tickets on social deal or Groupon which is an extra incentive to go. I'm sure we'll return. The extra tourist tax is weird but the staff was friendly and we all enjoyed ourselves! It's right next to the free ferry that comes from Amsterdam Central to NDSM. drinks are extra on board but reasonably priced.

Visited nearly 2 years ago, but I thought to leave my feedback as it has been a nice experience! The tour includes a boat trip on the main canal of Amsterdam with the chance to see the city from a different prospective! On top of that, there's an all you can eat Dutch Pancakes included in the price, savoury or sweet! :D

Pancakes were good! I highly recommend this to all pancake lovers in the world. I wanted to eat six but managed only four.

Good experience for the kids. I wouldn't recommend for adults as it's mostly families with kids aboard. Four best parts of this experience: 1. Opportunity for the kids to ride a boat. 2. Pancakes--lots of toppings 3. There is a ball pit for the kids to play in after eating--the first 30 minutes of freedom my wife and I had all trip 4. Excuse to explore the NDSM area--lots of great artwork and some really unique restaurants Also the boat sell beer and wine separately. Lastly--make sure you leave early. Both times we have gone the cab ride or the tram/ferry took longer than expected.

Choice is quite limited and taste is just OK. The view and concept are really nice, dinner with a view.
