Restaurant Dwars is a restaurant focusing on taditional Dutch cuisine. All of the dishes here are made with organic local produce and harvested from local sources. It is extremely important to the Dwars staff that all of their recipes are made with ingredients that are sustainable, organic and respectfully obtained. These top of the line ingredients then come to Chef and owner Jo Vaessen who then transforms them into beautiful and delicious traditional Dutch dishes. Upon arriving at Dwars, guests are offered a choice between a three four and five course meals. What goes into these various courses depends upon season and availability, but some favorites that have shown up in the past have included a spinach cream cheese tart with grilled polenta and a duck breast filet with cranberries
