I had a strippenkaart for 5 reformer lessons that I bought before the pandemic. I recently went to use the remaining classes, and found out they had expired. I received no notification that they were going to expire and there was no expiration date listed on the PDF invoice I received when I purchased the classes. I contacted the owner, and she refused to extend the expiration date of the classes.
