Rude and abrasive on the phone. When we arrived there were 3 officers in the building and none of them would help. We were told to go home and call the switchboard. So unhelpful.

I am very grateful for the police officer (from Overbosch unit doing night shift at scheveningen politie) and all the officers from other units for helping me find my dad, who lost his way back home last night!!! it was a long search till 3:15 am!! My whole family is very grateful!!!
The report process (if there is appointment) is smooth and the one who make the report is really responsible and intuitive. Good experience.
Police with no class or organization on how to properly handle a crime. They never even made a formal police report and actually ended up being later on I found out they said I wasn't assaulted at all. How is that possible? I explained numerous times I was physically attacked. Absolutely worthless if you are hoping they will enforce the noise that is plauging the city, with the losers on their mufferless scooters, street racers and the asshats who rev up their crappy motorcycles all night long. Where I'm from, police ACTUALLY patrol and take care of the trash littering their city, not just waiting on a phone call because they're too scared to do anything else. A terrible country with [terrible people] who are just hoping you keep your mouth shut and move along. The police cannot be taken seriously here. Seriously laughable. As far as this station goes, they brought me here to make a formal report, but I ended up sitting and waiting for over an hour and then they told me they'll call me. They never did. They just hope you forget about it so you don't ruin their "perfect" crime statics LMAO. I've never felt more unsafe than I have after moving here and seeing how listless these ponsie police men actually are. Luckily, I'm a temporary visitor and I'm gone in less than a month, and I can tell you, I have never been more happy in my life knowing I am leaving this disgusting, overcrowded RUDE, deathly boring micro-country.

Hoe denigrerend kunnen agenten van hier nou zijn? Mijn moeder kon geen kant op uit haar garage omdat de straat afgesloten was voor bouwwerkzaamheden. Dus zij moest heel eventjes de fietspad op. Dat mag natuurlijk niet, dat snappen wij wel. Maar wij hadden geen ander keuze. Om de hoek zit een politie agent te wachten. Maar in plaats van "Mevrouw, dit mag natuurlijk niet", krijgt ze "waar bent u mee bezig mevrouwtje?" Beetje respect tonen was wel gewaardeerd geweest maar was heel ver te zoeken.
