Pro care was the perfect help since we are back at home, the help from Karin, Amber and Mandy was incredible. They bring the experience and the confidence to make as feel safe and prepare us to take care of our babies. I recommend them 100%. Thanks to the pro care team for all the help from the beginning.

My partner and I had a wonderful experience with Pro Care. Wilma was supportive, attentive, and answered all of our questions. She created a comfortable environment for me to learn without feeling scared to ask questions. She shared tips specific to my body and the baby which really helped me learn to feel more confident once the week was over. Would highly recommend Wilma and cannot tank her enough for all if her help this past week!
We found our first Kraamzorg very lovely but then we received a replacement Kraamzorg due to sickness and the experience with second one was meh. Since we were half way through didn’t want to ask for another replacement but I wish I would have as there was quite a few disagreements between us including with her freaking out about baby loosing 10 grams of weight and calling our midwife about it who then completely dismissed her as to why are you calling me for 10 grams... the 3 stars is only because we liked the first Kraamzorg otherwise the score would have been lower
I got attracted by the great reviews on google after hearing from a friend but the experience with Procare was not matching the reviews. I had Kraamvogel in my last pregnancy and it is much much better - they gave me more hours and the ladies were very active: They cleaned the whole house and cooked 2 meals and performed all checks every day. Procare was completely opposite experience. On first day they told me it was too late to send someone- it was only 1pm. Second day sent a girl who didn’t wear mask, didn’t do any checks and ignored my request to clean the bathroom which was visibly dirty due to the birthing. After I called and complained the agency told me they are not cleaners/werksters and should only do mother’s bedroom and her bathroom and it’s not a big deal if things are not done if they are unclean it’s ok. Next day and remaining week they sent me someone older 6o who was not pleased to be asked to do any cleaning but did an average job. It was like catch 22. Anyway this was my second child and I decided to stop with the care before time as most of the last day they were drinking coffee and relaxing. Kraamzorg is free but paid by the insurance and for 50 per hour this kraambureau is not worth it!
