Don't buy from this company, first they only have intern on the phone who knows nothing, saying i had to write email. They don't even read what you write/need, finally after 20 emails (i should have stopped right there) i paid, my order was delivered wrong, i received something that i didn't order. I couldn't call, email replies were patchy. Seriously, buy somewhere else, i regret ordering from this company. I ordered 165,76. My order number is 2020-10834. Follow up: It seems that the owner reply to this google faster than to their emails. Replied below said i could call. I did, but it was an automatic answer saying i have to send email and the phone is cut off. I also did send email 3 times already and no reply.

Don't buy here!! just buy at something like Alibaba, Amazon or AliExpress. They sell the EXACT SAME things, in fact this store is just a middle man that will charge easily 6 times(!) as much, without even giving a good service. And here's how I know; i bought led strips and profiles from led-gigant a couple years ago and again recently. The profiles were ok, but the strips were damaged (in both cases). When i contacted the customer service, the person in charge (Sanne van der Wijk) was being difficult. I included a picture of the LED strip, on which nothing was visibly wrong besides some LEDs not working, she replied;\ it looks like the strip was handled wrong\, (which it most definitely wasn't). Then i had to send the entire strip (5 metres) back to have it 'investigated', and then she said she never received the package! This was after i waited for over a month for the delivery, cause she messed up my order! After research on Alibaba i found the EXACT SAME strip for a 6th of the price and ordered them there, which went very well. Conclusion: their stuff is made in China, just buy it there and spare yourself a while lot of money and misery! Follow up: - what will you do with my order nr? we sent 19 emails back and forth already - the names of the stores are mentioned in the post - why fly there? the delivery is cheaper from China than your delivery
Great RBG strips. I set up my whole kitchen with the profiles and it looks great. I get many compliments on my kitchen. The team really helped me pick out each profile.
If you are looking for someone who knows what they are talking about and it's very helpful then look no further. These guys are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I arrived at their store not really knowing what to expect but I dinatrekt left with a smile on my face. Customer service to the max!
Great service, quick to send out, easy to speak to customer service. They helped me figure out which profiles I need to buy and respond to emails really quickly.
