Took a bike tour out of Amsterdam to visit this cheese farm. What a unique experience. First time around cheese production and its equipment. The owner was really cool and witty, made for an interesting time. A recommended excursion!

An Authentic Dutch working farm that is also a cheese and wooden clog maker. Very interesting to see how it is all done, have a bit of a cheese tasting and very friendly hosts. Good souvenir shop also. Ride a bicycle there from Amsterdam along the river to get there is the nicest way, its about 9km from the city centre

This place was so quiet and peaceful. The person who was in this place as feeding the cattle, suddenly jumped into the roof and started explaining the varieties of cheese and how the wooden shoes are made. He even explained the why, how, whom, what and when the wooden shoes and cheese are made. He is quite knowledgeable on what he does. They gave the guests a sample of different types of cheese for them to try and buy if they were interested. They even showed us how the wooden shoes are made. For an Indian, this place looked like a countryside which is rich in making high quality cheese. Definitely should buy the cheese from here if you are a cheese lover. Recommended for visit and buying cheese.

If you are out biking by the Amstel you have to stop here and taste their cheese and learn how they make it. So friendly people that took time with us even that they had some TV-crew there making some documentary. It's a must. The shop got plenty for you to buy. We bought some cheese of course and some other small products.

This place is classic Dutch farmers way of life he makes cheese and wooden clogs. His specialty cheese is Gouda cheese and it was some of the best I've tasted in my life. His knowledge of cheese and clogs is vast and if you can't speak English he can speak many languages also the day I was here he spoke 5 but our tour leader said he can speak many more than that. This place is the embodiment of the Netherlands in my opinion traditional and tasty

A nice little cheese and cloaks shop where everything is made there. We had a quick tour and were able to try the cheese and learn how long they can be sitting out for. Amazing how the gouda cheese lasts as long without needing refrigeration. They have a shop as well with all their homemade cheese, cloaks, souvenirs, etc. If you do not want to go buy souvenirs from the city center, stop by here and help out the locals!

One of the best places I've visited in Amsterdam! The people are so friendly, explaining the process of how they make their delicious cheeses which you can sample, as well as teaching you how to make the Dutch clog. I loved it and definitely will be going back next time I'm in Amsterdam.
