THIS IS NOT A SERIOUS COMPANY: THEY DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR PRODUCTS. The product quality is so low WE WERE ASHAMED TO GIVE THE BUSINESS CARDS AWAY, our normal supplier ( flyer.nl) gives us a very good quality product at a third of the price Pimprint offers, we only ordered it from them because we needed it in a hurry. We made Pimprint aware of our problem, and told them we wanted a refund, since we have not been able to use the product (that, I cannot stress enough, was awful). We asked instructions on how to return the product, and the company after proposing once to change our design - which doesn’t make sense since we used the same design for our other business cards - SIMPLY STOPPED REPLYING!! As mentioned before, we ordered from Pimprint because we were in a hurry, and I don’t see why I should pay 3 times for a terrible quality product now that the hurry is gone, and that they couldn’t supply us correctly when we were in need. We wrote to them several times on whatsapp, email and phone, and nobody ever answered to us again, they falsely replied in another review that we declined a replacement, this is because we are more than willing to ship - at the expenses of their company- the \product\ back and we do not want to deal with them ever again. If you make a mistake it's polite to say sorry, ignoring the customer is not an option. I hope this 170 are worth your reputation because we are taking legal action. Good luck.

I ordered at PimPrint because there was an issue with the delivery from my usual supplier. I ordered at PimPrint because of their speedy service, and I received the order on time (the only good thing in my experience. I was at a fair and I needed those business card fast, but when I received them, the quality was so poor that I was ashamed to give them away. I then took contact with the company (Ronald) that told me to send him back the products so they would check them. 2 weeks later, after daily messages and requests, I'm still being ignored via email, WhatsApp and phone and haven't received any RMA code or any answer. I still have the business cards at home that are completely unusable because they feel cheap and are wrinkly. The quality of the paper sucks. I feel tricked and i'm wasting a lot of time and I suggest to order your printing products elsewhere, also given the high cost of PimPrint. Apart from the terrible service, now I need to waste time contacting the consumentenbond, but I will get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! TERRIBLE PRODUCTS AND TERRIBLE SUPPORT (NO SUPPORT ACTUALLY)!

Praat met klanten over andere klanten. Niet goed voor een bedrijf in reclame en drukwerk zit. Discreet is een must!
