Awful experience so far. Packages still not delivered. Waiting for more than a month. Excuses after excuses. That’s not the way to treat your customers. You had had 4 years to prepare for a post Brexit. If you have not been ready don’t take parcels then. You are playing with the business of all your clients. You can’t have thousands of packages hold in a depot for weeks. Very messy and washy service... Very sad you can’t get a -100 starts...

Given them 1-star because there is no -1000. They had delivered my package to a different address. They promised to re-delivered my package the day after. Keep dreaming Aramex !!
Giving them one star seems to be even high experiencing their services. The services are are terribly poor and if you need assistance to get your shipment, they keep on transferring calls from one department to other landing nowhere. Highly dissatisfied.
the worst service
Indien ik -1 ster kon geven deed ik het. Wat een service zeg. Op hun tracker beweren dat ze zijn langs geweest, maar toch niet. En als je ze dan via hun eigen 'support pagina' contacteerd, ik liet dagelijks een boodschap achter, antwoorden ze gewoon niet. Ondertussen staat het pakketje al 2 weken in status \Delivery Rescheduled for Next Business day\ ... ja hoor. Nooit meer Aramex.
???? gewoon niet komen opdagen terwijl wij de hele vrijdag avond thuis zitten te wachten omdat staat aangeven dat levering pakket om 8pm is. Niet meer van deze tijd deze oer slechte service
