They sold the order I put in a full down payment for. When looking for alternatives at the store there was nothing they could do. Customer service would be able help out though. After very slow interactions it went absolutely nowhere and I can only conclude that what they told me in the store, was to get rid of me. Super cheap to publicly respond there's no record of this incident, where it would pop up immediately if you would just search for my name. I'm not surprised though.

Nice shop and got helped very well by the guitar specialist. After the purchase of a new Gretsch Hollowbody Guitar and amp i decided to also bring my Fender acoustic for new strings and neck adjustment. Very happy with the work he did and it feels like it is new again

3 weeks after i bought an SL88 Grand midi keyboard, there was a defect and i decided to return the product within the 120 day cash back period to get my money back. Filed the application for the pick up from home service(DHL) and managed to get a pick up date 4 weeks later (7 weeks after purchase) after multiple calls and hours on the phone with the customer service and 10s of emails this hustle. DHL never showed up. One month later and after a few more hours on the phone and emails with BAX SHOP a DHL emploee comes without any prior notice and gets the instrument for the package return. Now Bax shop says they won't do cash back cause it wasn't returned within 30 days.
