A lovely place where you would like to hangout with friends over a cup of choclate or coffee. Very pleasant and relaxed environment. Also recommended for people who like to sit alone and spend their quality time and sip some coffee or brunch.

I have enjoyed the quality of the coffee at this location. It is very nice. The reason for this low grading is a rude conversation with a member of staff, after being a repeated customer. I was told that it is not allowed to ask for to-go-cups, when sitting on the terrace, even if one plans to leave within the next minutes, due to environmental concerns. Fair enough. Quite disconcerting: The staff member also recalled all of the times I have been at the shop, my ordering pattern and the fact that I asked for to-go-cups, while first sitting on the terrace for a while, before running off with my to-go-cup to mind my day. I have no issue with the company's policy. The issue lay with the tone of the discussion: quite loud, patronising, very rude. After I pointed out that I am a repeated customer, that I ask for a to-go-cup for a reason and that I find this conversation discouraging as a customer, I was told, that my reasons are of no interest and it does not matter if I am being lost as a customer, a remark which I found quite sad. If the concern for the environment is genuine, then maybe switching first of all to 100% recyclable to-go-cups may be something worth considering. The policy of the cafe is entirely their matter. But being rude, quite loud with a customer who just payed, giving me advise on my time management and saying it does not matter if you do not return as a customer is not justifiable.

A Chocolatier with everything you can think of that can be made with Chocolate. The dark Chocolate Truffles are fantastic. I can recommend trying some of the custom selection to try different combinations of flavors. A small cafe with a sit-down area to order anything with chocolate. If you’re a chocoholic... this is your heaven. Very helpful & friendly staff, with well spoken English staff.

Quite good cake and delicious coffee. The prices are quite fair. I recommend that place to drink a hot chocolate or a coffee.

Very nice place for a quick break in the city center of Rotterdam. They obviously offer chocolate based cakes, drinks and bonbons but also plenty of other options for a small lunch or drinks. On a sunny day their terrace is quite lovely as well.
