we received 2 times note ot home\ while we were 3 people home both times. They sent my package to this center without any note. I tracked it myself and when we went to pick it after 5 days, could not say where is the package. In the website it says \successfully delivered\!!!!!! and guess what it has not been returned to the shop even. Now the products are finished, not possible to order again. Where is my package?

My package hasn’t been delivered yet but is in progress so fingers crossed but these 5 stars are for the lady that was at the front desk accepting drop offs. She was super helpful making sure I got the best options and that I had everything done efficiently. She saved me about 50-60 Euros and lots of time. She guided me to booking the delivery service online which was much cheaper and printed all the required papers for me there instead of sending me away.
No offense but you suck! Seriously, you guys are the worst shipping company! I don't quite understand why you need to hold up my package unless I pay 60 something euro for something I ordered online (around 40 euros) and so I could have it at my door? Whats kind of logic is that? If you want to take \tax\ you should ask for the seller, not me!! It simply doesn't make any sense when your client need to pay tax that is 1 1/2 times more than the product worth. Also, you then keep delaying my delivery for 3 days even I have paid for something I shouldn't have. Save yourself people! If you have the options to pick a shipping company, you know what not to pick. Edit: this is the second time that I have to pay custom fee for what-so-reason. This never happened to me with other shipping companies. I will never purchase anything online if DHL is the only shipping service option. NEVER AGAIN!
