It's a shame cause we did have good experiences in the past but today was awful. Staff unprofessional and unfriendly. They just brought the car with no explanation on how to use it. If we would ask questions they would give very poor answers in an arrogant matter. We ended up driving with a GPS that was bugging and didn't get any thing in return for it. 100 eur a day to rent a car with such a service is deplorable.

Unfriendy personnel. We had a reservation at 12:00, we arrived there at 12:02 and they told us that the shop was closed. I wonder why they allowed a reservation at that time. We got served by another employee who entered in the shop immediately after..luckily we were still there.
Cars are very ok, staff doesn't mind keeping you waiting. The atmosphere among colleagues is below freezing. Staff member was friendly towards me though.
One of the best things that Europcar had to offer, was the ability to drop the car off after hours. Simply park the rental in a nearby parking spot on their lot and drop off the key at a nearby drop box next to the office. Also, there is a working fuel pump conveniently at the center of the parking lot, in case you forgot to fuel up before returning. The staff members seemed friendly, and worked as fast as they could. Definitely recommended for travelers. Always a great experience.
Renting the van itself was fine. However they deducted 9 euros from the deposit for gas, even though I filled the tank completely upon dropping it off. They charged 1.65 for the gas and 5 euros for the service of topping it up with said gas (excluding taxes). Ridiculous...
