I have been waiting a very long time to see a specialist appointment in Gastroenterology, and been dealing with severe gut problems for many years. My doctor, was very rude and claiming that I was making up the problems in my head. And really has no clue about my problem and/or doesn’t “believe it exists”. To be told this and laughed at when suffering everyday for years it’s appauling to be treated like this. He agreed to do some tests for me ONLY to prove me wrong. This conversation and being treated this badly has had a big impact on my stress levels and I just cant believe that a doctor would treat someone in need like this. Today I had a test appointment, and travelled from Amsterdam to Rotterdam at 6am. Because I brushed my teeth they refused to do the hydrogen breath test, they are the only place that apparently has this “rule” of no brushing teeth. When on a medically published study you are meant to brush your teeth the morning of the test. Complete joke and treated rudely once again. I would avoid this hospital.

if u r not dutch or don’t know dutch then this is worst place for u in this world. Doctors are cooperative But below staff not. and u have to deal with below staff 90% and doctors 10%. Surprisingly you are paying for this worst service. And for each negative review they give email id on which if u are lucky you will get response.

This hospital is a shame. I had an appointment in cardiology and nobody was wearing a mask knowing that cardiovascular disease are a major risk factor and that the mask is compulsory in the transport and even in some streets in Rotterdam. Then the cardiologist was supposed to give me a call but apparently he forgot the phone appointment.After many calls to ne able to reach the poly cardiology department they finally reschedule the phone appointment for today at 11:00 it is almost 1:00 o clock and still no call from the cardiologist. When I call the department they told me that they do not know if he will call me or not and that they cannot do anything about that! What a joke! All what matters is money. Maybe you need to be Dutch to be cured.

Horrible behavior by some assistants in emergency room (e.g., rolling the eyes when you ask them for info), as well as of some nurses who poorly and with lack of empathy treats the patients. In this hospital I always have a feeling of being unwelcome, a feeling of being afraid to ask for information. I will file the compliant because this is getting out of the control.
