This is the biggest scam ever! Be careful if they ever call you to start a contract with you! Even if you act legally, they bind with some incasso company and insist on the unfair!

I recently chose Greenchoice as energy supplier. I had some questions regarding the contract. I asked and got a response after 10 days, why they calculated my fee wrong (double what I was supposed to pay) and they corrected that, but why I cannot use the app without a first receipt number they ignored (so you cannot test the full product within the 14 days cancellation period?) - Good first impression! I already had sent a second question before the first was answered and received an answer 7 days after I asked them to cancel my contract since this is just taking too long. They did not cancel my contract, but instead said that my question was answered so everything is perfect, right? Hm. Meanwhile I received my first receipt, so I was eager to check out the app. Soon I was sobered up, as I could not log in, even with all the required details. Well, too bad. Since I already felt like choosing another company, I told them to cancel my contract for good and I want to stick to that opinion. That was almost 4 weeks ago and I still hadn't had a response, except a new receipt number since they continuously book off my bank account. Well, at least the economy is running! :) I'd recommend choosing a different supplier if this is what customer service looks like.

Really disappointed by this company. Customer service is slow and bad. They keep overcharging me and when I ask for a refund they say it's not possible before the end of the year. I'm wondering what's so difficult about refunding someone? They charged me 70 euros too much this month, which might not sound like a lot, but it is, if you only have little income and are a student. But when I tried to explain that, they don't even care. Wish I would have chosen another company

They doesn't answer to the e-mails in English, the application doesn't work, and they send bills for months which have been paid. You could only adjust the amount of energy you want to use in the application - again, doesn't work at all and only Dutch - and because they won't answer to your e-mails, you'll be overcharged without any help.
