Lots of care and attention, Very friendly staff. The technician answered all my questions and was attentive during the whole process and even check in between to ensure I was ok. Overall a pleasant experience! -1 star because they only offer the pictures in CD-rom and no other formats ( no modern computer has CD’s). I want it the copy of the images but is not possible for me to read them. Is 2020 there are other methods to provide images to patients :/

Terrible experience. The radiologist misdiagnosed me saying My ankle Xray was completely normal and I had 2 vey evident fractures. I tried to fix it in a good manner with them but they decided to stick by his unprofessional radiologist stating again that there were no fractures. I decided to sent them a copy of the fractures zoomed so they can maybe see it. For the second xray they refused to give me the radiologist report. Probably out of fear he had messed up again.

Bij binnenkomst zie je al dat het er erg schoon en fris uit ziet! De dame aan de balie was zeer vriendelijk. De man die mij kwam halen was zeer duidelijk in zijn communicatie en was zeer professioneel. Je voelt je meteen op je gemak terwijl het niet het meest plezierige is wat je moet ondergaan!
