Scammers. My one year contract expired in August 2019. I paid for every month as stated. However I wanted to quit after the contract finalized. I’ve called and mailed and even went to the gym. Employees are clueless on how to help me unsubscribe. I’m a cash cow to them. STOP TAKING MY MONEY. I’ve communicated in every way possible and they keep making excuses on why I can’t unsubscribe from the membership.... take your money elsewhere do yourself a favor and don’t set foot in this place. They won’t take you seriously but they will take your money.

They charge you for 4 weeks. That might seem like an innocuous detail, but in a year you end up making 13 payments instead of 12. What a cheap ruse... On top of that, the staff is very inattentive. A positive though: the gym is quite big with a lot of equipment.
Really one of the best gym's I've been so far in Rotterdam. Really nice staff who always greet you when you come. They really did a great effort by renewing all the equipment. And also try to involve the members with cool promotions. And stay in touch with their members trough social media. Big plus! Really spacious place with different floors and lots a toys for us gym rats to play around with
Just another chain gym that only cares about getting new members and nothing about the current members. Overrun by group classes with shouting instructors. Staff say one thing to your face, and do another behind your back. While the gym has good equipment it is an unpleasant environment to spend time. And make sure you have noise canceling headphones, the classes insist on having their door open.
Best gym in Rotterdam! Machines and Equipment are of the best quality in the market.
