Super big place. Big kitchen, big bathroom, and big room. Kitchen is fully equipped. Also, it has nice night view. Love this specious room. They have unlimited coffee capsules for customer. They also provide bicycles rental for you to ride down the city. Great service!

Very nice appartment is clean, very helpfull staff, in kitchen is miss a microwave, the kitchen is otherwise good and easy to operat, it depends which appartement and floor you have then youhave a nice view I was at the corner so had a great view, prices are good
Very modern facility and kind hotel staffs. And it has very beautiful Rotterdam station view. The only disadvantage is the wifi speed.
As long-term resident, location is superb in Rotterdam. Everything needed for daily life is in walking distance. By bike - rent keys at reception. By car - parking building is here. But lets do apartments: AC super fast free internet (100MB) induction stove oven kitchenware so just cook. Dishwasher of course espresso machine and kettle. Good beds cosy sofa wooden floors silent rooms washing machines in corridor - and gym downstairs. If you are not Gordon Ramsey - orders arrive in a flash. Last but not the least, employees: Life goes on differently of course here, but this staff is for sure exceptional. My Dutch stays at greetings, but here is no language barrier so be it. All my needs from dentist to paying speed tickets has been handled just like i was born Dutch (with instructions at handnote). I got email from staff, when something is changed, like cleaning schedule will be changed and if is ok with me. IMHO that feels warm and personal, when staff finds time to assist guests with their whatever needs. Day or year in Rotterdam this is the place to start your journey.
5 stars hotel apartments with kitchen in a prime location. Highly recommended.
It is so clean, fresh, nice priced...great location. I wanna stay there again... We did not get bath robes although we paid extra for this package...but I can't say that is a big deal.... There are also coffies and tea bags in the room and in the lobby. Toiletries are also available in the room...I really wanna go back just to enjoy the room. We had a suite with a great view, big windows... Thank you for your great service and place ️
We had a really good stay in this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is ideally located, in front of the train, tram and bus stations and there is a car park ( quite expensive though) 1 mn from the hotel. We'll come back.
