Very modern restaurant with best wine list in the Netherlands, world class really and people that are passionate about it. Interesting dishes, great presentation and the taste was both sophisticated and delicate. Service top notch. Clearly deserving of their star status. Bravo.

Fitzgerald totally surprised us with one of the best dining experiences we ever had. The chef is playing with contrasts in every dish. Sweet to savoury or crispy to creamy etc. And sometimes they add a surprise like crackling... (check it out yourself). The service is fun! They all have a lot of energy and passion for what they serve. Bart, tall guy, is brilliant. Oh, and they serve over 1700 different wines. The house Champagne was great! What a night and what an awesome, high-end, dining experience we had. Love it!
The wagyu entree was out of this world. The monk fish entree was equally delicious, but the starters and dessert wasn't as impressive. They were still tasty, but the entrees were on another level. Atmosphere was simple. Service was friendly.
Valentine's menu and dinner with wine arrangement was amazing, 10/10 would recommend. Also very curious about their regular menu. The turtledove main course was really the star of the show. We were next to the mise en place as well which was fun. The staff explained things very well. Great experience!
Interesting experience of food and wine. Well prepared food, but not overly impressive. Be ready for large cost if your group has wine and several course dinner.
