It was fairytale without happy end. I was really glad to find an apartment with Riva Rentals. They arranged check in very fast. But what was happening then was absolutely disgusting. So disgusting that I'm now preparing documents for court. At first odors released from under the basement and there was no reaction for 3 weeks after I reported the issue. Until, guess what? Until my toilet broke. Fortunately after several calls they finally sent me a handyman, who just took a part of the toilet to repair and promised to be back in week. After a week he even didn't call me back. I was waiting for three weeks living without properly working toilet. Calling to agency every week. Finally I decided to change my apartments. It was the beginning of July. I hoped that they allow me to check out in 30 days, but they wanted me to pay for whole August. I said that in that case I'll request the price reduction. Finally they promised me to find a new tenant, so I would have to pay only for several days of August. But they didn't find and didn't return my full deposit. And more over when I later asked to return my money, they just said that it was I who didn't answer the calls when they wanted to repair my propery. Apparently they guess that I wanted to live without toilet all this time... So now I have to waste my time and nervous to return my money through the court. Can't recommend this office.

There is no word to describe how BAD is RIVA. They have a customer service very poor and do not reply to emails neither calls. All they are trying to do is take money from you. They are crooks. Never saw such a terrible agency. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

My boyfriend and I were really hoping to find an apartment with Riva Rentals because the agency had very interesting offers on the website. However, their customer service was just horrible. I always replied on their emails within a few hours and then had to wait 3-4 days for their response. Once it took a week to get an answer, I was ignored even after I sent a reminder. The excuse for not replying to me was pretty weak. I am sorry, but if someone is sick within your organization and there is no one else handling the emails of this person, it just indicates to me that Riva Rentals is not organized, not professional and not responsible.
