This company has warded off every responsibility from what happened. They have tried to blame other companies in Thailand, That me and my family have used the transportation service. But we do have pictures to confirm that the item was shipped from the factory in good condition. Products were placed in boxes and packed with shockproof products. Separate different types of products. Even the pictures that this company has tried to send to confirm That the product has been in bad condition. But everyone can look at the picture. The back of the picture taken by this company. They're received the product from my factory. There are packing and sorting, It is well arranged. They tried all kinds of excuses. To ward off responsibility. Everyone can view the pictures of the products I received. The products that I got it are poured together in a carton. Without shockproof There is no product placement well. Not even did't to separate categories of products. They didn't care. I expected ... I was just a small seller in foreigner country. However, I probably can't do anything. But i want to ask As Thai people together As a person who makes a living Earn a living for family. And I have a deaf child. And deaf child Which is very costly. I make money to take care of my family same as everyone but now I losed by how the shipping that's make damage of my product. Where is the code of work ethic in the duties of a large transport operator?

Professionele zeer klantvriendelijke werknemers. Op 05-03-2020 pakketje van 1 kg verstuurd naar m'n pa in Paramaribo, dat hij binnen een paar dagen al ontvangen had voor slechts EUR 4! Pakket versturen in Nederland is duurder. Op 09-04-20 pakket verstuurd per zeevracht 2,5 kg (EUR 13) en op 15 april alsnog overhemd en t-shirt in hetzelfde pakket gestopt van 9 april: probleemloos en zonder bijbetaling. Op 02-06 pakket van 2,5 kg verstuurd (EUR 12,50). Intact aangekomen bij geadresseerde in Paramaribo. Helemaal top!! Reuze bedankt. Groetjes, Dianne
