If I could rate this dentist with 0 star, I defintely would! So they made me verify my appointment by text yesterday. They made me verify my appointment by phone today. Yet they didn't have the courtesy to tell me that no doctor was there that day for my 4pm appointment for an exam! And this was actually not the first time that this happend at this place, they defintely do not care about patient care over here they are only in to the money and the count of people. So that is why I don't recommended this place at all, for no one! If the case is charging they are faster then the light but when it comes to patient care its stop. And the assistant, pff they are even worser! At all people if you really care about your health, do not come to this place. Please look for an another dentist, because I also did ;-)! I also have my doubts about their ISO 9001 certification! 9001 certification without any qualified process at all lol! Based on paper maybe, but based on the experience total failure this place! Ps; vermijd deze tandartsenpraktijk, als je geeft om je gezondheid!

Mijn moeder belde om afspraak te maken spreekt niet zo goed nederlands. Telefoniste heette geloof ik vlishia wat ben jij onbeschoft en ongeduldig! Bah hoe durf je te zegge dat je dr niet goed begrijpt en iemand anders kan bellen ipv. Hierna belde ikzelf kreeg vrouw genaamd sahar aan lijn die zelf als mongool nederlands spreekt. Gaat zij ook te keer als een dier van er is geen plek betekent geen plek. Deze mensen moeten training krijgen hoe je respectvol met mensen moet praten. Gelijk ergens anders gegaan en ben daar goed geholpen. Ik raad deze praktijk niet aan bahhh voor hun telefonistes
