I really recommended this clinic. The staff is very efficient and friendly. The dentist Sanaa is so good, and she knows a lot. She is the dentist I feel comfortable with, she is the best. I never waited so long for the dentist or assistants because they were always on time.

The actual treatments I have received would be considered average to good. My issue comes with the staff and business practices. Firstly when arriving to my appointments I usually had to wait between 10 and 20 min for the dentist or assistants. However when I arrived 10min late even after continuously apologising I was questioned by 3 different staff members and told it is rude. Double standards. The next issue I have is with their payment procedures. They outsource it to a different company. The company will contact you if you have an outstanding balance. After they did not provide my email to the company and used an incorrect address I naturally received no invoices. According to what they explained at the beginning it meant that nothing was due. Fast forward a few months and I am being threatened by mondzorg with debt collectors. Upon calling them I was basically told they can’t do anything and I need to call the collection agency I have had zero contact with. The agency then informs me that they were never provided with my email address and had the incorrect address. There is zero accountability from the practice. I received 0 calls, emails or letters yet am now being threatened with debt collectors. This is unacceptable and I will no longer use this practice.

This review based on my first visit. This clinic have friendly desk staff, asistant dentist and dentist. Their registration process also quick and easy.

I visited this dental clinic for 6 month and recently I had a mild pain and they suggested me to restore two (2 years old) fillings on my right side. After the treatment, they realised that they were wrong, so they refereed to surgeon for removing the wisdom tooth. I strongly suggest do not visit this practice. They just want to overcharge your insurance. They do if for their business. Not for your care.

First appointment (intake) went good, they open on Saturday which is good. Second appointment - due to language miscommunication (the Turkish dentist confused me with a turkish patience) she almost removed one of my healthy tooth according to the records (of a turkish patience with a rotten tooth) though, the evidence was clear the dentist wanted to proceed to remove my tooth until we finally got it: I was at the practice of the wrong dentist and clearly, I was not the turkish patience. I only went to do my first dental check out with them, I still got my healthy tooth and moved on. Third appointment, intake with the Orthodontist, intake that was clearly stated as free of charge (from general intake appointment) and yet, I got a bill to pay. Bill that I paid but not satisfied. *Invoices: they have problems with sending invoices via email. Only thing customers receive is Urgent 3rd payments reminder - otherwise the incasobureau willt take over and charge extra money for not paying on time???. Sadly, had to find another dental practice due to above reasons.
