Very slow in the show room. From showroom, you actually do get rarely a promised phone call back. I am a customer since 5 years and they disappoint you repeatedly. The after sales service is little bit better. I should also say that the Spaanspolder branch for service is much better.

Very poor after sales service. Phonecall are repeatedly not returned and service is handle by a call center that has no clue. After the sale you never hear from the commercial people again. Service level does not fit the premium MB brand and makes me lookout for something else.
