Excellent and friendly service. I got my Urban Arrow Family given maintenance service at my place. Apart from the maintenance, the guy explained to me some things about the bike that I was not aware of, and also created a maintenance plan for it.

I rent a bike in Rotterdam to make a 200km tour around the Netherlands. I was a bit concerned about the bad reviews I read here but everything went fine. The bike I rent had 3 gears and it was not its first travel for sure but it was good enough for my trip. Price are normal, not too expensive but not cheap.

When you go to make an investment in a bicycle, this is the kind of place to go. The staff are friendly and knowledgable, giving great advice and accommodating all of my questions. They gave up plenty of time to let me ride on various demo models as much as I wanted and were very flexible in changing features to my desired configuration. They’re responsive on email and very friendly to deal with. Feel very lucky to have them so nearby! I’ve also rented bicycle here in the past when friends have visited and it’s a very good rate for a quality bicycles, with good flexibility for the return time. Five stars for sure!

We rented 2 bikes and a child seat for our 1yo daughter and everything went smoothly. I suggest a quick call beforehand to reserve a child seat of you need it. They have a few available but they might run out. The bikes were in good condition, the staff was kind and quick. You need either a credit card or cash as a deposit a Dutch address (your hotel one is enough, just make sure you have it with you). Bonus tip: if you need ideas for your routes you can download a free app made by the City Council called Rotterdam Routes. We followed the \Entire City by bike\ route and we had such a great time. Rotterdam is so much better on 2 wheels!

Great place to rent bikes! This was our first experience renting bikes to go to kinderdijk, and I can only say it was the best experience, and the bikes are just the best you can find.
