Despite all the controversy around this type of yoga I can only speek for myself after 2 years of practice in Bikram Yoga Den Bosch. This school has a human approach to the whole posture series. There is no random guidance during the lessons because the place is run by fully dedicated, qualified, passionate professional teachers. They are able to perfectly balance your effort and progress towards postures that will exponentially increase its benefits in your body/mind by means of scientific and very precise instructions. No matter your age or condition, your focus and your stamina are going to skyrocket.The place is designed with a lot of attention to detail and after a couple of lessons it feels like home. All in all, keep calm, breathe, bend and stretch in Bikram Yoga Den Bosch!
This studio is a treasure in den Bosch. The atmosphere is calm, super relaxing and the teachers are excellent. If asked, they conduct the classes both in Dutch and English which is good for the newbies in the Netherlands.

Vanaf de opening van deze yogaschool kom ik hier heel graag. Hoogste tijd om een review te plaatsen! Bikram yoga is goed voor lichaam en geest. Je wordt soepeler en omdat je gefocust bent op de houdingen, ben je even uit je hoofd. Ik voel me altijd een stukje gelukkiger na een yogales in de warmte! Gegeven door professionele docenten. En nog even een groot compliment aan Bas: petje af voor de manier hoe jij je flexibiliteit en ondernemerschap toont in deze tijden van afstand. Je online lessen zijn ook heel fijn! Hopelijk snel weer in de warmte van de yogaschool.
Fijnste yoga studio in Den Bosch! Ik heb meerdere yoga studio's in zowel binnen- als buitenland geprobeerd, maar Home of Yoga voelt als thuiskomen. Het is brandschoon, heeft fijne facilitaire voorzieningen, rustgevende omgeving, fijne teachers en aandacht voor ieder individu. Ik kan niet wachten om weer in de heerlijke warmte van de studio een les te volgen na de lockdown! Voor nu ruime keuze uit online zoom lessen en een online bibliotheek boordevol video's.
