The food was great. And more important is that the staff are very friendly. We ordered the normal nachos, but the cook made the special edition by mistake. We accepted it because we hate wasting food. And they still charged us as the price of the normal nachos. It might be a very small thing, but a very nice gesture for customers
Very nice place, gorgeous decorations. The ribs are usually very tasty! Usually there is not problem to find a table. You can choose different sauces, they are not very strong so I cannot find a great difference between them but in any case, they do the job as you will end up licking your fingers. The coleslaw is creamy and the fries very crunchy! The staff is very friendly (Tip for Expat: you can even practice a little what you learn in your Dutch class!)
Your typical profit-driven chain restaurant: overpriced and barely mediocre. Our server was very friendly, but the short rib I got was (according to the restaurant worker I was with) a three-euro cut of meat that Ribs Factory priced at 22 euros -- with a scoop of bland coleslaw and fries. Not awful, but definitely more of a trap for weary tourists.
Nice food, quickly served. The employees were kind and I liked the terrace. Really recommend if you're in for a meal with meat!
