Even though I had good experience most times here is why 2 stars: 1. Waiting times have become very long lately for some reason - even for urgent issues you have to wait several days (if you aren't dropping dead it's not urgent). 2. I agree with the other comment about Dr. Kruyswijk - both me and my partner were his victims. My partner was incorrectly diagnosed and treated for over a month, making his condition worse before another doctor at the same practice saw him and finally helped. I was also getting treatment for something that I didn't have until another doctor saw me and sent me to a specialist. Literally anyone at this practice is a better professional, even interns.

While some of the doctors here have been nothing but great in their treatment of me as a patient, the mere fact that dr.Kruyswijk is even allowed to be consulted by patients is horrifying. The man has no tact when it comes to treating his patients with respect and doesn't have a single shred of professional integrity. Two instances come to mind. During two of my visits for a skin condition, I was given prescriptions for pills and a salve to rub over my body, which didn't help in the slightest. When I requested a visit to a dermatologist, my request was rudely dismissed, even though the symptoms pointed to the need of a specialist in that particular field, which Kruyswijk definitely wasn't. Another visit with a family member had the good doctor insult my appearance (I was a little overweight back then) in front of two family members. This was back in a time where I was suffering from mental health problems and his snide remark didn't help. If you're a patient at this practice, I definitely urge you to seek out the medical advice of one of the other doctors. Anyone but Kruyswijk will do a tremendous job of treating you with dignity and the utmost care.
