Best people. Super organised, even changed the pickup 3 time (long story). Nothing is a problem for them.
Worst experience ever! My packet from Germany got delivered at the wrong zip code. Eventually it was sent back to DHL NL. When I contacted DHL about it and explained the situation (tracking code and more evidence) they refuse to help me. The only advice they gave me was : contact the sender (which I already did multiple times). So now the packet is sent back to DHL transfer station in Utrecht were it can take 3 WEEKS before they sent it back to the sender. Serious??? 3 weeks? Yes, 3 weeks. Why does it take so long I asked. Well, it is all manual handled and they have to put a new delivery sticker on it....Come on guys, it's 2020 already and this is ridiculous! So I offered to pick it up in Utrecht but that's not possible according to them. So everyone knows this packet needs to be at my address, (sender, DHL and me) but this ignorant company called DHL doesn't give a sh#@ and wants to sent it back to Germany and after that, pick it up again and hopefully in the near future drop it at my place. This is already taking a lot of time, packet was sent on 22-06 and got wrong delivered at 24-06. Today it is 02-07 and my 1100,- packet will be in Utrecht for probably another few weeks....
