Very very bad experience from KDZ express, for an important document (PASSPORT). On their status page, they mentioned that the package was delivered and it's signed by me (around 08.00 in the morning). But I didn't get that package on that day and I have not signed anywhere. When I called customer-care service and they said, maybe the driver signed it for you (Such an important document). The next day I got the parcel, the man put that parcel through my door and ran away. He didn't ask me for any sign or anything for such an important parcel. Is this is the right way to handle passport-like documents? Also, what is the use of the status page? When I am reading the other reviews here, I am happy that at least I got my parcel.

Passports are delivered without even checking the ID. I dont know why they are used for delivering such important documents.

We decided to apply for the Russian visa with a delivery from the Hague by the KDZ express. In the evening of 25.06 the information on their website stated that the passport is received by them and in sorting. On 26.06 at 11 their delivery system said that they missed us at home. It was unclear how we were supposed to know when are they going to deliver. The website stated no planned date, not talking about the time. I called to re-arrange the delivery. It was scheduled between 10 and 14 on 27.06. At 2.37 the driver was not there, the customer service didn't know where the passport is (they figured out eventually) and when the driver will be around. They advised me to complain to the visa centrum, cause they have an agreement with them, not with me. Apparently, they don't care about anything if they are not paid by me. Really awful.
