This office seems beautiful to me. Though it is little far from the HQ office but its ok to sometime go there for a visit. They also have a good coffee.

My bag was missplaced. Waited two hours and they would keep telling me to wait for another 15 minutes. I asked blondy to please find my bag. Her response was that my bag was in the system. That I had to wait. After 2 hours and a half another lady went talk to blondy to make someone go check \the system\ it took them 10 to find my bag in the system. Thank you freaking blondy for making me beg you 2 hours for my bag. If it was not for that other lady who saw me desperate and ready to start crying, I would still be at the airport. Only a few hour left to see this city.
Buggy app. Customer service is useless. KLM used to be my favorite airline, but everything about them (including flight experience) became low cost (except tickets)
