Wow. What an experience. I bought some jewellery in Australia but unfortunately the bag and boxes were damaged on the flight. I walked in and explained what had happened and they said they would gift wrap them, give me a card and new bag for free. We had a lovely conversation about Australia and my girlfriend and even had a few jokes. That level of customer service is second to none and I will be returning for birthday and Christmas presents in the future. THANK YOU!
Came here in February with my partner. I was really indecisive and the staff were very patient, even letting us into the store 5 minutes before closing so I could exchange to something I liked more. I was very pleased with my purchase and the service. The staff were amazing!
