Booked a Taxi from the Hotel to the airport in Teneriffa. After payment, booking was confirmed with pick up point hotel. Two days later I received a confirmation from the local taxi Operator, for a pick up point which is two km away from my hotel and more than one hour ahead of the schedule. The pick up point is at the main bus station of the city, where I could take the airport express bus for one third of the price of Taxi Tender. No need to say: Never again!

Booked a taxi to airport, this was cancelled by TaxiTender due to no availability. I was still charged for the trip and only refunded half. Three weeks later customer service acknowledged the mistake and said I would receive full refund which I have not received two weeks later.

Very poor service in Istanbul. We were waiting for more than an hour and we had no information about the exact time the shuttle would come. Also, no one could answer if we could cancel and get a refund. That was a great inconvenience as we arrived at 00.45 am and we were already exhausted. I would deffinetely NOT recommend this service
