Worst this is scam not even worth to have 1 star. We have to book 1 hour advance. No proper location in app. Booking never confirmed no status of your booking whether it's confirmed or not. When you wait it won't arrive to stop, if you call customer care is on the way but never picked up. Worst worst service please don't go with this options and also amount is wasted. Finally we fed up and returned because we couldn't see any places in texel Island with public transportation. Worst public transportation in texel compare to whole Netherlands.

Outside of the peak season this thing works pretty well. Plan in advance, though.
If you want people to find your bus stop then list the address! Otherwise, we use google maps and the name of the stop and we’ll that means we were in the wrong location and no bus.
Poorly designed system. You must book in advance. The shuttle won't stop to help you when at their designated stops. Even if they see you waiting for them fully loaded with suitcases. All you get is a sun burnt barely readable post exclusively in Dutch in an international tourist destination for a website that doesn't even load. If your phone is dead or has no signal, then good luck.
Worst service ever. You need to book at least 30 mins in advance and you never know if they will arrive or not. They cancel two of our trips without reason only 5 mins in advance You can not commit to any plan as you never know if they will finally arrive or not (and at which time) Customer Service central phone number is also a disaster. They don’t give any option and they just said “it is cancel. You need to take another one, 1 hour from now. Service is really bad. They are not really caring of customers, and they are not prepared for tourism
