False advertising and over priced. For 25 euros (with only a small pool and sauna) youd expect the pool to be heated however this was not the case and on asking, the owner only had excuses and said it would take 48 hours to heat up. He didnt even offer some sort of compensation. Such terrible customer service and loyalty. Only thing offered is a towel BUT not even body scrub, shampoo, body soap, or lotion in the bathrooms. Ive been to bigger and cheaper hotel spas with better service.

Het is een fijne en mooie sportschool maar opzeggen van het lidmaatschap is een vervelend dingetje. Iets om rekening mee te houden.
Weekendje Amsterdam en dit was een fijne plek om even te sporten en zwemmen. Ik wilde nog even aan de baliemedewerkster laten weten dat ik supertevreden was, heerlijk gezwommen ook. Bij deze: dankjewel voor alles! Gr. Cath
