Komt helaas beloftes al bij aanleveren offerte niet na, ondanks dat wij meerdere malen toezeggingen over hebben gehad. Ook geen proactieve communicatie hierover: het initiatief ligt volledig bij de klant. Gemiste kans, want het eerste contact was goed, echter de opvolging niet. Dat biedt zo geen perspectief voor verdere samenwerking.
