I ordered from them online and PostNL lost my package. Textielstad kindly sent the package to me again so that I could get what I ordered even though it was post which had lost my package. So kind customer service

3 months after my order, I get a notification that my products are not available anymore so they can’t deliver. 3 months!! Bad customer service! No transparency.

I have been buying from TextielStad for a very long time and at the beginning it worked but now I have had a couple of problems with them which is unfortunate. First, I order some fabric and because they did not have it they send different colour so I had to call them back and It took me like two weeks of calling to get the situation resolved which was very inconvenient, and they made me feel like it was not their problem, later on I try to log in into my account to download all the invoiced for the BTW and surprise my account did not exist anymore, so I called them and they could not do anything about it so know I don't have those invoices or my account with all my orders anymore and lastly it is very inconvenient that they can not give you more fabric samples. It makes no sense to me, I need the samples to see if I want it and if I do, I will buy a lot of it but because you can only get 5 samples per shipping you will have to pay a lot of shipping to get more samples so I find it easier to go to another company where they give you all the samples you need and sometimes they even give you sample books for free.

Misleading pictures!! I have ordered quite some fabrics online and never have I encountered such a shade difference! Their reply “you can order samples to try the color”. Well, I have never needed to do that either! Horrible service, rude people. Avoid.
