I was thinking about buying the card before even I arrive to Amsterdam. However, when I arrived to the airport and interacted with one of the workers about the available offers I was given a pamphlet containing all the advantages of the card and she asked me to read it while she helps other customers and I was fine with that even though usually the seller walk you through the advantages. I read the pamphlet and I was sure that I want to buy the card. I came back to the store to buy the card and I heard her telling other customers about another type of cards invlove transportation only which she did not tell me about. I was curious to know the prices so I went to the paper containing the prices and she pulled it from me and asked me in an aggressive tone to go back and wait behind the black line as there are customers before me even though I came before all of them. It was extremely uncomfortable situation and this is the first experience I had in Amsterdam. Obviously, I did not buy the card.
