Very good location for your meetings. There are rooms with different sizes, styles and designs. You will probably find the room that you like. Staff super friendly and service oriented. The coffee/tea/snacks are excellent. Lunch is very good, with sandwiches, salads and fruit. You can present on the screens via wireless connection. Some things could be better: the hallways are quite loud, there are only 3 toilets per floor, there is no peg for your jacket in the toilet. Overall a very good place in an excellent location next to Utrecht Central station.
I love Utrecht's building and Netherlands's ideas, so creative!!
