Worst delivery ever.

For all orders are international express shipments there is a problem when it goes through this DHL platform, 25 for an express delivery and a package that remains blocked at home for 3 days simply because of a wrong zip code ... and of course no way to reach customer service by phone !!! and of course when mexpeditzur confirms the postal code and that the delivery is urgent, it puts it in transit but with a delay of 2 days late ... I had to receive it today no later than October 18 for a gala ... and after 50 messages, I am told that damage for my gala I have to find a solution because my package will be delivered on the 21st ... honestly if you can go through another way of delivery, Do it!

S**t service. It was showing that my parcel shoud bring Friday evening, after two unlucky midday tries and 20:50 information was updated that they will come tomorrow. F**ked up service with waste of money on their fuel and time!!

DHL bezorgers rijden aan je deur voorbij. DHL pickup points en DHL express raken je pakje kwijt. De klantenservice kan niks. Er verandert niks. Er is geen correcte vergoeding. Waardeloos bedrijf dat wat mij betreft zo snel mogelijk omvalt!

Onderdelen zouden woensdag bezorgd worden door DHL. Vandaag gebeld met DHL en zei beloofde mij dat het pakket vandaag zou worden bezorgd, nou niet dus. Zie foto. Nooit meer DHL dus, eerst was er iets met de auto en nu wederom vertraagd gewoon een binnenlandse zending. Schandalig. Pakket aangekomen zending (doos) zwaar beschadigd DHL geeft niet thuis. Onbeschofte koerier met kleine Citroën auto waardeloos bedrijf.

bezorgers volgen de afgesproken afleverinstructies niet op! Meerdere keren langs geweest maar niet aangebeld of achtergelaten zoals afgesproken. Nu is mijn bestelling geannuleerd welke ik dringend nodig heb! #boos #waardeloos #dhl #amazon
