The first time I was here I was shocked by how little I could do against the people that train here, while they were not even breaking a sweat. I knew I had to learn how to do that, and I have been training for half a year since then. I am very happy with the progress I could make here. This is a place to learn this sport as effectively as possible. No silly rules about not drinking water during training for example. Everybody is just here to learn. The owner is a cool guy and he wants to make sure you feel welcome. If you have not tried this before and want to check out if it is something for you, this is a great place to go to

Just started out at Elevation a couple of weeks ago, but already love it! It's great group of people and everybody seems really eager to push each other to the next level. What's unique for this gym is the amount of classes and open mat's that are available (you can train daily if you'd like). The only thing I didn't like as much where the mats, but since they have JUST swapped them for a legit one, no complaints here :D
Thé best jiu jitsu and grappling gym in the Utrecht area. I've been training here for over a year now and it has been nothing but awesome. The owner and coaches are chill dudes and full of knowledge. The group has a great vibe. I would definitely recommend everyone to go to Elevation if you want to try grappling/BJJ.
Aside from many options timewise to train during the week to fit my work schedule and the competence of the instructors, what I enjoy most about Elevation is the atmosphere. Everyone helps eachother to grow and get better. During training experienced jijistu players are mostly paired with less experienced ones to share their knowledge. Great school, i'd recommend it to anyone to come and try it out.
Just recently started coming here, and after trying out several other options near Utrecht, I can savely say this is the best possible \bang for your buck\; which isn't to say that this is a cheaper, yet still good option, but instead just as good, if not better than a lot of the other places I've found whilst having reasonable and modest prices for their services. The gym is always clean and looks great, and the instructors and other practicioners are nice, and always open to give you constructive feedback, as well as good advice. Definitely the place to try out if you're interested in BJJ!
