Thing were not smooth here! I bough a Macbook Pro but the product got a defect, the fan was super loud. I went to Utrecht to return it but the shop was closed during the mentioned opening hours. I tried to called the owner and after 2 hours he picked it up. After it we agreed to sent the product back and he will issue the refund. I had to call for days to make him do it, on friday I was told “I cant transfer your money because there is nothing on my bankaccount, but I will do it tomorrow” - that was scary to hear! Finally the deal was settled.

Ik had een defecte IPad retour gezonden. Wat volgde was heel veel gedoe met deze retourzending. Moeilijk bereikbaar, de retourzending heel laat afhalen, geen communicatie over de status tenzij je ernaar vroeg. Gelukkig na anderhalve heb ik het geld, het volledige bedrag, ontvangen voor de IPad. Dus zaak is opgelost. Ik wil Fonetastic wel het advies geven om beter te communiceren met hun klanten en niet zo lang te wachten met het beantwoorden van mails of WhatsApps vandaar de 3 sterren.
